These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of coffee machines, grinders, accessories, and related products (“Products”) from BrewPulse (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) via our website, authorized retailers, or direct sales channels. By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided at checkout.
1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
- Your order constitutes a request to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders (e.g., for incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud). A binding contract is formed only when we send a “shipping confirmation” email with tracking details.
- Pre-order items are subject to availability and estimated delivery dates, which may change due to production delays. We will notify you of delays exceeding 14 days, with the option to cancel for a full refund.
2. Payment Terms
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Klarna (for installment plans). All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars.
- Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated based on your shipping address and added at checkout. We may adjust prices due to errors or market changes, with notification via email before processing your order.
- For installment plans, late fees or interest may apply per Klarna’s terms. Failed payments may result in order cancellation, with a 15% restocking fee for processed orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is free for orders over $170; orders under $170 incur a $14.99 fee. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for $29.99. Alaska, Hawaii, and territories require additional fees (contact support for quotes).
- Deliveries include curbside drop-off for large items. You must inspect Products upon delivery. Report damages, missing parts, or incorrect items within 48 hours via email (support@brewpulse.com) with photos and your order number. Failure to do so may void replacement eligibility.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Eligible Products (unused, in original packaging, with all accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Used or damaged items (beyond normal inspection) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- To return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via our website. Returns without an RMA or missing components will be rejected. You are responsible for return shipping; we recommend insured, trackable delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving returned Products, credited to your original payment method.
5. Warranty
- All BrewPulse coffee machines include a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., malfunctioning boilers, grinder issues). Accessories (filters, milk frothers) include a 90-day warranty.
- The warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear (e.g., minor scratches on stainless steel); (b) damage from improper use (e.g., using non-recommended beans, neglecting cleaning); (c) unauthorized repairs or modifications; (d) damage from power surges (use of a surge protector is recommended).
- To claim warranty service, provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We may repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered one way (we pay to send replacements).
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (images, product designs, manuals, logos) is owned by BrewPulse and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., spoiled coffee beans, inconvenience, loss of use) arising from Product defects, delays, or cancellations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected Product.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation (follow included manuals) or failure to maintain Products per our care guidelines (e.g., descaling regularly).
8. Changes & Disputes
- We may update these Terms periodically; changes take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued purchases constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
- Disputes will first be resolved via negotiation. Unresolved issues will be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington State (per the American Arbitration Association rules), waiving trial by jury.
